Over the weekend, the narrative immigration was amplified by 84 U.S. media sources across more than 100 unique narratives. The leading amplifiers of unique narratives included the New York Times, Bloomberg, the Boston Globe, and Fox News. The leading individual amplifier was Clifford Levy, a journalist with the New York Times. As of Monday morning, the leading conversation trends associated with immigration include Biden Administration, Asian American, and protected status.
Overall, a Kudzu analysis of the narrative immigration coupled with an analysis of the narrative’s leading conversation trends indicates that there is little attention currently being paid to the issue. Among the U.S. media’s top 100 narratives, few directly related to the topic of immigration.
