Three Republicans are the Leading Amplifiers of the Drug Cartels Narrative in Congress

The drug cartels narrative has been amplified by 22 members of congress across 23 unique narratives in the past 30 days. 

Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TX), Rep. August Pfluger (R-TX), and Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) are the leading amplifiers of this narrative. Currently, there are two leading amplified narratives. One is an article by Washington Examiner titled “Biden’s Border Crisis is Boosting Communist China and Mexican Drug Cartels.” The other is an article by NBC News titled “Fentanyl Seizures at the U.S. Southern Border Rise Dramatically.”
